2. One-time token purchases
One-time token purchases, QRPH top-ups, and other consumable credits are generally non-refundable after they are applied to your account. Generated outputs, AI processing, storage usage, and consumed platform resources are treated as delivered services.
If a purchase was duplicated because of a technical billing error or unauthorized use, contact us promptly so we can investigate and, where appropriate, issue a correction or refund.
3. How refund requests are reviewed
